We want your PROJAS ladoos to reach you fresh and on time. Here's how shipping works.

Processing time

Orders are handpacked and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next working day.

Shipping charges

Flat ₹60 shipping on all orders
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,500

Delivery partners & timelines

We ship pan-India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days
Remote / hard-to-reach pincodes: up to 9–10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, courier delays, local restrictions and festive-season volumes can occasionally extend delivery times.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow it to your door.

Undelivered or delayed shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please write to us and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.
